Service Upgrade Coordinator

The Service Drive Upgrade Sales Associate is experienced in working with our customers as they come in for service to provide options and information  regarding new and used vehicles and their future purchases with us.   
This employee is knowledgeable or has a willingness to learn about our vehicles and services, the industry, and our market, including vehicle selection, performance, accessories, efficiencies, safety features and functions, and financing options for both new and used vehicle inventories.  
The ideal candidate has service drive upgrade experience and, as well as excellent customer service skills, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, and great communication skills. They must be self-motivated with a willingness to continuously prospect and give excellent customer service.

Responsibilities 

  • Greets and provides customers with options and information for their vehicle with us
  • Helps customers with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, value-add products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies
  • Conducts vehicle test drives and ensures all speed limits, and all other rules of the road are followed
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions
  • Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:

Requirements 

  • Service drive upgrade experience preferred
  • Sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
  • Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervison
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance
  • Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
  • Basic computer and internet skills
  • Unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record
